This is an account of the winter migration and why I love studying this amazing time of year. It’s a great time to get out and see nature one of it’s most active phases. Live around the River is something I hardly ever get to see unless I am hiking near a creek system. This is a document on some of my history as a birder and how I came to understand the importance of migrations and some of my birds I have photographed. I even have a video that I made on the plight of the birds during this time.
